ECOMMIT Raises Series B Funding. Forms Capital and Business Alliance with Mercari to Advance Creating a Sustainable Society

ECOMMIT Co., Ltd. announced today the completion of its Series B funding round. As part of this round, the company has entered into a capital and business alliance with Mercari, Inc. through a third-party allotment of shares, aiming to accelerate the implementation of a sustainable society.

The funds will be used to expand ECOMMIT’s PASSTO collection network, advance digital transformation at its Circular Centers, and support circular economy initiatives across industries—particularly in apparel—through enhanced data utilization and new value creation.

Through the partnership with Mercari, both companies will leverage their expertise to develop infrastructure essential for the circular economy. By integrating physical and digital solutions, they aim to drive the practical implementation of sustainability initiatives.
