Circular trading company ECOMMIT raises first funding from ITOCHU Corporation and Kips

(Head office: Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture; Representative Director: Teruyuki Kawano; hereinafter "ECOMMIT"), an environmental venture company that creates a mechanism for the circulation of goods, has announced that it will issue new shares to ITOCHU Corporation (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Keita Ishii; hereinafter "ITOCHU") and Kips Inc. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Yukihiko Kunimoto, Representative Director; hereinafter "ITOCHU"), and The Independents Angel No. 2 Investment Limited Liability Partnership and KE Investment Limited Liability Partnership, both of which are managed by Kips Inc.
