ECOMMIT co,.ltd(Head office: Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture; President: Teruyuki Kawano; hereinafter "commit"), an environmental venture company that creates a mechanism for the circulation of goods, and Saga City (Mayor: Hidetaka Sakai; hereinafter "Saga City"), Saga Prefecture, have signed an "Agreement on Cooperation in Environmentally Sound Local Resource Recycling, etc." on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, with the aim of promoting the creation of a sustainable recycling society by making the best use of local resources in Saga City. On November 8, 2022 (Tuesday), we concluded an "Agreement on Cooperation in Environmentally Sound Local Resource Recycling, etc." for the purpose of promoting a sustainable recycling-oriented society by maximizing the use of Saga City's local resources.
Based on this agreement, we will collaborate with stores in Saga City to conduct a clothing collection and point-of-sale demonstration project, and further promote the project in Saga City based on the results of the demonstration.
As a first step, the AEON Saga Yamato store will start the project on January 21, 2023 (Saturday).
