ECOMMIT co,.ltd(Head office: Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture; Representative Director: Teruyuki Kawano; hereinafter "ECOMMIT"), an environmental venture company that creates a mechanism for the circulation of goods, has raised funds through a third-party allocation of new shares to the NCB Venture Fund (hereinafter "the Fund"), which is managed by NCB Venture Capital Co. (headquartered in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Kazunari Inoue, Representative Director; hereinafter "ECOMMIT") has raised funds through a third-party allocation of new shares to be underwritten by NCB Venture Capital Co.
